Material things do not make you a special or a better person. It is your experiences that shape you into person you are. Have you ever reflected upon the milestones of your life? What type of event have had a positive impact on your life and possibly changed you? How did you feel about that? Close your eyes, “re-visit” those moments and experience again exactly how you felt. When you connect to positive emotions (even when you recall them), you can change the vibes in your body and feel much better and energised. Make a list of those moments and keep them in your mind TO FUEL YOURSELF UP when you feel a little down!
