Connecting to positive emotions can always make you feel better. Positive emotions can appear when you are with friends, when you listen to your favourite music, when you play your favorite sport… Try to think of what makes you feel good. How often do you do that? Try to create positive emotions and do a little of what makes you feel good every day!
